Dr. Doug Smail

Dr. Smail is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon practicing in Troy, N.Y.

He is on the teaching faculty of CDOCS.com, part of Spear Education, and teaches live and online courses for them. He also teaches at the Ellis Hospital General Practice Residency Program, and at the Hudson Valley Community College Dental Hygiene Program.

In addition, Dr. Smail has been on medical-dental mission trips for over 25 years in 6 different countries. He also has been a Forensic Consultant for the New York State Police for over 25 years and has helped investigate and testified in several high profile homicide cases.
